This English-language page is operated by Carioca Print solely for client service and initial contact (lead capture). 3. Responsibility for Artwork and Copyright

The client represents that they are the rightful owner of, or hold express authorization to use, all images, logos, and text content included in artwork submitted to the production queue. 4. International Payments and Invoicing

For international orders, payment is accepted exclusively via PayPal. Promo Ideia sends the client a PayPal invoice for the contracted service, which can be paid using all major credit card brands, charged automatically in the client's own country's currency, with instant payment confirmation. Any currency conversion or card issuer fees applied by PayPal or by the client's card issuer are the client's responsibility. Production begins as soon as Promo Ideia receives confirmation of full payment via PayPal. Once payment is confirmed, Promo Ideia issues the corresponding official Brazilian tax invoice (NFS-e) in the client's name.

5. Deadlines and Delivery Logistics

Production timelines begin only after technical approval of the artwork and confirmation of payment. Delivery is made throughout Rio de Janeiro state and to event venues, hotels, and offices as agreed, directly to the venue's front desk / reception in the client's name; it is the client's responsibility to confirm in advance that the venue is able to receive packages on their behalf. Delays caused by unforeseeable circumstances, force majeure, or inaccuracies in the delivery address or receiving arrangements provided by the client will be promptly addressed to reach a swift resolution, in line with Brazilian consumer protection standards (PROCON).
